Every driver sends their Ghana Card, driving licence and vehicle photos. Our team checks them before the first trip.
Know who is coming
Before pickup you see the driver's name, photo, rating, vehicle colour, model and number plate. Check the plate before you get in.
Share your trip
Send a live link to family or friends. They can follow the trip on a map, and sharing stops when the trip ends.

During a trip, tap the shield to call 112 or alert the Naakkii team with your location.
In-app chat and calls
Talk to your driver or passenger in the app. Chats are kept with the trip in case we need to help.
Two-way ratings
Passengers rate drivers and drivers rate passengers. Low ratings are reviewed by our team.
PIN-protected accounts
Accounts are confirmed by WhatsApp or SMS and protected with a 4-digit PIN. Lost your phone? We can sign you out everywhere.
Safe parcel hand-over
Parcels are only handed over when the recipient gives the 4-digit delivery code.
Tips for every trip
- Wait for your ride indoors or in a well-lit place.
- Match the number plate and driver photo before getting in.
- Wear your seat belt. On okada, always wear the helmet.
- Share your trip when travelling at night.
- Never send your login code or PIN to anyone. Naakkii will never ask for it.
