1. Who we are

Naakkii Ride is run by Naakkii, Takoradi, Western Region, Ghana. It connects passengers and senders with independent drivers and riders in Sekondi-Takoradi.

2. Your account

You need a Ghana phone number. You confirm it by WhatsApp or SMS and protect your account with a 4-digit PIN. Keep your PIN secret. You are responsible for trips booked from your account.

3. Prices and payment

We show the price before you book. The final price can change only if the trip becomes much longer than planned (for example a change of destination). You pay in cash to the driver, from your Naakkii wallet, or by MoMo/card through Paystack. Promo codes have their own conditions.

4. Cancellations and waiting

You can cancel for free until your driver has waited at the pickup for the free waiting time shown in the app. After that, a late-cancellation or no-show fee may be charged and paid to the driver.

5. Parcels

Do not send cash, illegal items, weapons, drugs, dangerous goods or food that spoils. Parcels are handed over only with the delivery code. If a parcel is lost or damaged, contact support straight away so we can investigate.

6. Behaviour

Treat drivers and passengers with respect. Violence, harassment, discrimination, damage or fraud leads to a permanent ban and may be reported to the police.

7. Drivers

Drivers are independent and must hold a valid licence, insurance and roadworthy certificate for their vehicle. Separate driver terms apply.
